Where was the image shot?
Dolomites, Northern Italy

What camera did you use and what were the settings?
Camera: Nikon D7200
Lens: Sigma 10-20mm
Shutter Speed: 8 sec.
Aperture: f16
ISO: 100

Was there any special preparation required to capture the photo?
None at all. I was scouting locations for my sunset shot and this beautiful vista caught my eye. I leveled my tripod and took 7 vertical shots for a panorama.

How long have you been shooting?
I have been shooting for about 6 years.

What's your favorite subject matter to shoot?
Definitely seascapes. I really like capturing water movement and all kinds of rock formations.

Where would be your dream location to take photos?
There are so many. I always wanted to go to Iceland. I never get tired of seeing photographs from there! Canadian Rockies and Patagonia would be next.

Who are some photographers that inspire you?
There are so many. Some of my favorite would be Marc Adamus, Daniel Kordan, Erin Babnik and Ted Gore.

What excites you about photography?
Never mind how many times I go out shooting, even if I don’t get a great picture, I always learn something new.
