Mammoth Lakes, CA

What camera did you use and what were the settings?
Camera: Canon 6D
Lens: Sony 24-70mm
Shutter Speed: 1/250
Aperture: f/4.5
ISO: 250

Was there any special preparation required to capture the photo?
I was camping in Mammoth and knew I really wanted to visit this spot. I arrived an hour and a half before sunset and waited for the light to hit the mountains.

How long have you been shooting?
I was gifted my first camera 7 years ago. My camera collection and love for photography has grown ever since.

What's your favorite subject matter to shoot?
The California coast and just about any national park.

Where would be your dream location to take photos?
The Grand Tetons.

Forrest Mankins, Samuel Elkins, Kristin Ellis, Russell Holiday, Woody Gooch.

What excites you about photography?
I love when all the elements come together and line up for the “perfect shot.”
