Lens: Sony 18-105mm

ISO: 100
Was there any special preparation required to capture the photo?
This photo was taken during a three day backpacking trip through the Southern Sierras. I took this photo in the morning as we were filling up our water from the lake before setting out to the next location.
How long have you been shooting?
Growing up I used to take photos with my mom’s cameras but about 6 years ago I purchased my first camera and started shooting more regularly.
What's your favorite subject matter to shoot?
I love shooting any and all landscapes and enjoy pairing it with astrophotography.
Where would be your dream location to take photos?
I have always wanted to shoot in Iceland, I have seen some absolutely stunning landscapes from there.
Who are some photographers that inspire you?
I am always amazed at Stan Moniz’s photos as well as Clark Little.
What excites you about photography?
Being able to freeze a single moment in time and share it with people across the world. Sharing an image that would potentially not be seen otherwise is really cool.
