Week 40 Winner

Camera: Canon EOS 80D
Lens: Canon EF 24-70mm

Aperture: f/4.0
ISO: 600
Was there any special preparation required to capture the photo?
Not really, just waking up really early. I slept in my truck the night before and set my alarm for 5AM to catch the sunrise.
How long have you been shooting?
I have been shooting for almost two years.
What's your camera of choice?
Canon EOS 80D. The only DSLR I've ever owned.
What’s your favorite subject matter to shoot?
I like to take photos of landscapes and my dog...when he wants to cooperate.
Do you shoot with a crew or shoot solo?
I often shoot by myself because photography is good escape for me, but I am willing to shoot with anyone who wants to tag along.
What excites you about photography?
It gets me outside, keeps me active and often involves traveling. Photography is a good way to capture the moments of your life that are significant. I know that I’ll be able to look back on the images I’ve captured and appreciate what I've done and where I've been.
